Having grown up with people with additional needs from the age of  11, I have developed a special connection with some of the individuals, which has helped develop an invaluable understanding of different needs for different individuals. Working at Sarah Terry's is a very rewarding job, watching the clients flourish and gain irreplaceable memories from the different activities we do.
